I'm off early tomorrow morning, back to Glasgow to see Paul McCartney live at Hampden Park. Apparently we're being treated to a three hour show. Not bad for someone who has just turned 68.

Maybe I'm Amazed that Macca is Coming Up to Hampden Park Paul! I've Got A Feeling that Rock Show in The Heart Of The Country is gonna be like Monkberry Moon Delight for Too Many People who feel like Letting Go with that Teddy Boy from Liverpool!

Cheers Gus. And I was amazed... It was beyond my expectations, and they were high to start with. Fantastic set list, including Beatles classics (a few I didn't expect e.g. Paperback Writer, Helter Skelter, Obladi Oblada), quite a few from Band on the Run (Mrs Vanderbilt & Nineteen Hundred And Eighty Five coming across really well live) and a real Scottish crowd pleaser (see below).

So here is a couple of video twofer Tuesdays, if I may. Not great quality, but probably filmed on folks mobile phones. And if you get the impression that there is a lot of empty space, that is only behind the viewing area. Hampden is a big place and it was packed.
