Well heck! Seeing as how glitches seem to come and go and that they seem to be coming in the California Paradise chat room, we are hoping they are going in the Bravenet Cherie Currie chat room.
Sportyfan and I would like to try the Bravenet one, next Chaturday.
With a little luck, everyone can get in. Please let me know if you can't.
Last night was fun, in spite of double posts, delays while posting and the inability to clear messages.

Tried to get in chat with desktop gus. Didnt work. I even tried downloading the Java again off the page and still didnt work. Guess I'm laptop bound for chat nites

I have noticed that the applet loads slower than usual but it eventually loads and allows access to the world famous Cherie Currie Chat Room.
Speaking of the world, I like to think of last night's chat as the "End of the World" chat. Sporty, Gregg, the PartyGrrrlzzz and I were discussing that possibility as zero hour approached and were having so much fun we didn't even notice when the time had come and gone. Yep, it was approximately 6:11 PM (Pacific Time) when it suddenly dawned on us that the world had not ended and nobody was raptured whatsoever!
Indeed, our biggest concern, then, was how we could pay our bills after having spent all of our bill paying mula, like it was mad money, on good times before the "approaching" apocalypse came knocking on our doors.
Oh sure, we were all glad the earthly status quo had not come crashing down around us but finding ourselves swimming in a pool of loan sharks was not exactly where we wanted to be, in our post-apocalyptic world.
Alas, our chat room hi-jinx will continue for many Chaturdays to come, until the next doomsday prediction, in December of 2012.

Well, the Partygrrrlzzz and I held down the fort last night. I certainly did enjoy chatting up a storm with those grrrlzzz.

The PartyGrrrlzzz and Janet were already there when I arrived in the chat room last night.
