Well now.....what can I say about 'Midnight Flight' (the beautiful Cherie Currie carving, viewable at The Currie Corner?
When I first got on line about 2 years ago the first web site I visited was Cherie's. I had always wanted to know more about her. I discovered the Currie Corner right away and fell in love with Cherie's artwork.
'Midnight Flight' was my immediate favorite, I even put the jpg image on my desktop so it would be the first thing I would see every time I would turn my computer on.
I even sent a goofy email to Cherie about it before I even knew what a message board was!
Then last summer, when I mentioned how much I loved 'Midnight Flight' here on her message board Cherie saw my post and graciously offered to let me adopt the real thing. She even helped me out on the price!! I was pleasantly surprised indeed to find out it was still available!
I have been paying toward this piece for a while now. A few set-backs along the way but it has really been wonderful getting to talk to Cherie and to Mara at The Currie Corner via email! Two really super gals!!
And now...I just received Midnight Flight and I'm very very pleased!
The photo image I have loved so much pales in comparison to the real work of art! There is just no way a photo could capture the intricate detail available to the naked eye!
'Midnight Flight' is truly a masterpiece!

I absolutely love her and promise to take good care of her always. I am rearranging things around here so she can be the centerpiece of my whole entire living room!
Thanks again for everything. You are a wonderful and totally talented artist, 4 sure!
Your fan,
