I don't know if any of you is familiar with knowing about HAARP, it's actually a weapon (HAARP means High frequency Active Auroral Research Program) and it's been object of study from US and ex-URSS government for many years. Theorically, this weapon is to cause hurricanes and earthquakes in any area of the world, but also act against informatic, electronic and communication systems which is highly scary, if you think about it. On this "beautiful landscape" our Berlusconi -who is the chief of the present government- hasn't found anything better than suggesting Italy to be a nuclear state again, after we signed to be not nuclear anymore back in 1987 after Chernobyl disaster happened. It's not a case that many italians call him "Bush's little brother", not to mention other definitions...
