Just so ya know - a few days ago Cherie's orthopedic surgeon immobilized her left hand in a very tight restraining cast-like brace for a period of at least two weeks. She has to sleep and shower in it. She's also recieved cortizone injections to alleviate the pain and hopefully speed healing in an effort to avoid surgery.
Thank you sweet Cherie for visiting us here. I know you must be typing with one hand, and your non-dominant hand at that. (Cherie is left handed folks, remember that, it may come up in a trivia quiz sometime!)
Kisses to you Darling, and to all our friends here...Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving.

Well- I guess that means I'll have to add a little bandage or cast to CHERIE'S little claymation figure! No problem Cherie- I'll fix it up in a jiffy! LOL! Ummm gang- we better add a docter to our wagon train!
Get Well Soon Cherie...oooo shots...ouch! I hate shots...I'm a baby when it comes to those! I'll be thinking of you!

<font color=red>WOW A cast must mean it is a stress fracture maybe...or hair line fracture. Its probably best it is immobilized to allow it to heal. That can be painful in the hand and wrist area.
My best Cherie a few things I might recommend(the Personal Trainer in me is coming out) are the supplements Shark Cartlige, Calcium, Glucosamine. All provide support for bone and tendon. Be well.
