    Hi Gus.

Thanks for asking, things are wonderful. Myself and Kat are completely shattered, but it's completely worth it. The smaller of the twins, Silvie, gave us a little cause for concern at the beginning, but she is now doing well and catching up on her big sister. Freya has been suffering a little bit from colic, so if anyone has any advice on how to relieve this, we're all ears. As for me, I'm coping at work and still managing to get in a few swims and visits to the gym. I don't seem to be able to read much, though - everytime I pick up a book I get about halfway through a paragraph before the book falls to the floor and I start snoring.
