Personalized Plates for Cherie!

I don't know. Maybe Cherie [img]graemlins/rose.gif[/img] already has personalized plates on her car
but I was just wondering what YOU might think would be an appropriate
PERSONALIZED PLATE for the lovely and talented Cherie Currie!!!!

Being that she's a Runaway, and a Cherry Bomb, AND a Rockgal and a Supergal, and wields a mean chainsaw, and probably wants to avoid crazy nutty fans (ie, if her plate said "Cherie") AND being that she's a gifted actress, singer, artist, and keeps re-inventing herself over and over, I would suggest "Believe". Cherie always seems to have a great, positive attitude, a light that shines from within. That's why I like "Believe".

Speaking of "Believe", I saw this funny cartoon clip on comedy central, with a caricature of Cher singing (to the tune of Cher's "Believe"):

BELIEVE me Jett Ford, I hear ya! I was sort of imagining a music video type of deal where Cherie is in her car and the camera sort of zooms in on the license plate and CHRYBOMB just seemed apropos in the CContext of that self indulgent mental exercise but in a more reality based thought process I would definitely say BELIEVE would be the far better choice.
It just goes to show ya, deciding stuff is hard!

I voted for Runaway because Cherie has been and forever will be a Runaway......
Not that she won't forever and always be those other things too.
I guess I just like Runaway the best!

BTW my vote was a cross between 'believe' or 'runaway' I ended up going with the later of the two - just seemed like it would fit the gal behind the wheels [img]wink.gif[/img]

Somehow I'm picturing Cherie driving a Ch-Ch-Ch-Cherry Red
Dodge Magnum but that might be because I just saw a commercial
on TV showing one and fell in love with it instantly! It would
have looked Picture Perfect [img]graemlins/camera.gif[/img] with RUNAWAY plates on it and
with Cherie Currie behind the wheel, CCruisin' down I-10 with
California Paradise blasting on the sound system!

This Is How I feel About "Cherie Currie" ERIC XO

who is Cherie Currie?...let me fill you in; Cherie was the very first female Rock Singer. However, she wasn't taken seriously because how on earth could little girls play rock music. That was the Sexism that existed in the mid-70's. The fact is that she was one of the greatest rock singers of all time and most male rock bands refused to have the Runaways as a Support band. The reason why??? hey what red-blooded male rock band wants to be blown off-stage by a bunch of Teenage Girls. In short, Cherie Currie and the Runaways were a one off who were several years before their time, hence few people have actually heard them in action. As for Cherie herself, she has her own message board and like the great american she is, has time to talk to all her fans on cheriecurrie.com. She's still as humble and as sweet as ever. To me she is a TRUE STAR!
