Well ****, it's been two years! We do sure miss our Sandy West.
Here are a couple YouTube videos of Sandy playing with Cherie at the Golden Apple, back in '99.

Yeah it doesn't seem like it's been two years i'll forever miss Sandy most definitely the best female drummer of all time!
Thanks for helping to keep Sandy's memory alive, Gus. And what about those video clips? I thought I'd seen just about every clip of Cherie on Youtube but somehow I managed to miss these. And didn't Sandy just love getting behind a drumkit and doing what she was brilliant at.
The greatest rock and roll drummer of ALL time. RIP
Thanks Gus. Sandy you are missed.
You are welcome Charlie. Nice to see ya, btw!
You are welcome too Paul! I believe those 2 videos, along with Since You've Been Gone, from Cherie's "Golden Apple" VHS Tape, were only recently added to YouTube.
FYI, I added all three links to the STICKY TOPPED "Cherie Currie & The Runaways_YouTube" topic.
Take care guys!

To everyone out there,
the fact that Sandy passed away is such a hurting -and still there- feeling that I?m glad that some of you do feel the same as I do.
Sandy was such a great drummer and all I know about her - she must have been a wonderful girl. And she had such a warm and wonderful smile... It`s so sad. She was, to be honest, my favourite Runaway. I fell in love with her from the first time, I saw her, because of that wonderful smile and her eyes!
Don`t know what else to say....
God bless you all !!!

Hello xenaswolf!
Welcome to the board! I also posted these links on the Cherie and The Runaways YouTube Videos topic, where I listed all of the special guests!
Here they are:
Other "special guests" at this "in store" appearance, circa 1999, include Katt Lowe, Bruce Gary, Marie Currie, Julie Regans, Craig Doucett, Joey Brasler, Gi Gi Worth, Rodney Bingenheimer, Jan Swan and Tina Lukather!
Jan Swan and Julie Regans were the main backing vocalists. Julie is the one who sings the second lead on BELIEVE!
Have a good one!
