Disregard the Larry and Char part. They are two people in my office that hate peanuts!

Da' garlic clove and sweet basil are a nice touch to replace the hot-to-trots. I throw in a little Lea & Perrins worchestershire sauce to give it a little pizzazz for people that can't handle the hot banana pepper rings style. I got a pretty fair idea what I'm gonna be doin' later tonight.

There is a cold rain pouring, causing the leaves to fall from the trees, reminding us that summer is over for another year, here in the muddy bean fields of Illinois.
This is the time of the year that I like making a pot of chili. Unfortunately Julie and I disagree about Chili. I like mine to be HOT and Thick with lots of beans & beef(Julie wont let me use her good spoons cause they corrode after one stir of my chili).
Mrs Ella would like to know if anyone has a recipe for a mild (not thick) Chili.
