<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">BWAHAHAHA!!! I wasn't talking about YOU Luna! I saw the photo of your grown-up fine self. I was talking about 2 young fellows on this board. They know who they are! I don't blame them really, I don't think you can register if you're under 21. Cherie's 13 year old son gave it a shot because he wanted to chat on his mom's boards, but the thing "cookie-ed" him when he put down his real age in the reg form, refused him, and he couldn't change the age later.

And YES! A FAQ! A most brilliant idea Reved!! A perfect job for our new Moderator, LUNA, dontcha think?! Hey Luna, do you want to come up with a questionaire for Mr. Hess that will serve as the questionaire to end all questionaires? You ARE the resident Hess-expert after all!

We definitely need it! David gets half a dozen interview requests per week that mostly ask the same dreary questions over and over and over, regardless of how much I beg them to come up with something original! Having those answers posted here would resolve a bit of grief, not to mention boredom!

So wouldja Luna? Please pretty please?!

And David, while we're on the subject, I have another 8 interviews here for you, so CALL ME!

A purpose. I knew I'd find one in life at some point.

Give me a week or so. Yeah, sure I could blindly come up with plenty, but let me go through the old messages on the board and maybe even the interviews on the dvds- not that I ever needed a reason to watch them before.

I'll get back to you Rocky.

I hope I am not one of those people, rocketmaster. I am 28 now (started checking out the Hess board at age 26!)

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I believe the age for registration just happens to be 13, so he should have been able to sign-up his name (unless he was 12 at the time?)...
As for getting cookied, if he's using a PC running IE, should easily be able to go into START button > Settings > control panel > Internet Options. Under the General tab, delete all Temporary Internet files, then under the Settings button click View Files (delete everything there), then View Objects (trickier, as some of these objects might be wanted, delete what you KNOW isn't necessary). Some of the "objects" might be language translation, flash or shockwave plugins you wouldn't really want to download a second time.

If doing what I mentioned, then restarting the 'puter, Cheries son SHOULD be able to login. That's what I do all the time to de-cookie this 'puter (but remember, I have to re-login again to every online site which requires a password when doing that).

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Nope. We're all Macinstosh. I know I can reset it for him, I just haven't been over there to do it. Thanks for the tips though.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">It was quickly turning into Bored Of The Month. Each cabinet had a specific category, roughly 100 - 200 boards each, which they'd frequent & become familiar with. Each month, a cabinet would pick a highlight board they'd nominate for BOTM. It worked very well for about 6 months, but after that, BLAGH! Previously nominated boards who didn't win wouldn't be nominated a second time, so near the end, we started nominating lesser boards; those the cabinets wouldn't visit or nominate unless it was our RESPONSIBILITY to. Funny story how I ended up with the last BOTM, though there is an uncredited March winner out there too.
