hey guys.i was just wondering if any of you thought that last house would be released uncut in the UK anytime soon.Robin Duval has retired so a new Chief has been appointed at the BBFC.What do you all think?

After all the appeals and controversy it went through recently, I doubt it unfortunately. It's a sad state indeed when such a great film can't be released uncut over 30 years after it was made. House in the Edge of the Park is also cut here in the UK, missing almost 12 minutes!

From what I read it was 12 mins of the "Cindy" scene... That's what I consider the climax of the movie... I can't believe it's censored!
PS... Do you guys know about the "Easter Egg' on the "House on the edge..." DVD? I got 8 out of the 10 questions on the quiz right the first time and the 2nd time I was able to see the secret video and Stills gallery. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

The UK release has cuts which are pretty fluent throughout "House ...Park", not just to Cindy's scene. They include pretty much every single scene in which a girl is either forcibly stripped, molested or raped, all of the sex scene between Hess and Annie Belle, and all of the guy having his heads bashed against the table.
