Hammer and Nails

Hey David,

Today a friend of mine loaned me a Gov't Mule CD which has a song called "Hammer and Nails" which the liner notes say was written by David A. Hess. It's a simple but very soulful blues tune. Is that one of your compositions? I'm guessing it's gotta be, but I could be wrong.

If it is your tune, have you ever recorded a version of it and if so has it ever been released on one of your LPs or singles?
