Eyes are a little puffy, and it's an odd angle, but it looked like an older picture of David to me. Maybe it was the hair & straight-razor...
BTW - found out what it is. A still from Robert Rodriguez's film "Sin City", based on a Frank Miller story adaptation.

Wow, so it's brand new. Looked like an old picture.
Here's the info on the movie adaptation of Sin City (DC Comics):
Plot Summary
Sin City is a violent city where the police department is as corrupt as the streets are deadly. In this movie, we follow three stories, the central of which is Marv, a tough-as-nails and nearly impossible to kill street fighter who goes on a rampage of vengeance when a beautiful woman, Goldie (King), he sleeps with for only one night is killed while lying in bed with him.
Written by: Slider
An adaptation of Frank Miller's stories based in a morally bankrupt metropolis. Chief amongst the town's residents is Marv (Rourke), who trawls the darkest areas of town looking for the person who murdered Goldie (King) while she lay sleeping in his bed.
Written by: Anonymous
A collection of interweaving stories all based in the corrupt, crime infested hell-hole that is Basin City. Heavily influenced by film-noir, the main storylines concern a hulking brute called Marv (Mickey Rourke), who is seeking the murderer of a beautiful woman who was killed while asleep in bed with him; an ex-photographer called Dwight (Clive Owen) who accidentally kills a hero cop and has to cover it up; and a soon-to-be-retiring policeman called Hartigan (Bruce Willis) who is incarcerated for a crime he didn't commit. All based on the brilliant graphic novels "Sin City", "The Big Fat Kill" and "That Yellow Bastard", written and illustrated by Frank Miller.

Have you ever put straightener/loosener in your hair for a movie role? The avatar-guys hair isn't as curly as yours, but it's not straight either.
Hope you enjoy the pipe. Because I'm tossing some of them up on eBay now, feel safer selling there when covering the ENTIRE pipe, including inside the bowl, with polyurethane. Therefore, can "truthfully" advertise they're only decorative pieces. What you received was an early pipe, when they were still functional. If you may ever wish to smoke from that pipe, there are no lacquers/schellacs used which'll let-off fumes. If I used anything inside or around the lip of the bowl, it woulda been natural lemon oil, just to keep the wood from splintering & cracking with age, but non-harmful to take a few tokes from. Oh, and don't worry the bark on the bowl is green; that part's from a Japanese Maple, green bark is common & the color doesn't fade even after dried. The Stem is North American Maple, the mouthpiece is just bamboo.

Reved,
Bring some pipes with you to Chiller. I'll leave your name at the registration desk as a guest so you should have no problem getting in.
