Wow, that's great news for John. Fingers crossed that the show in Feb goes well & they consider him for the lead when the musical opens in Mar 2008. What a line up he has for the year! Now if I can only get to London ...

Ok now its clearer. He's still doing D.C, but also doing Ripper the Musical concert in Feb 07. That's great that John has so much in store for him. The possibility of getting that lead role in Ripper sounds great! Although I'd still LOVE to see John as Phantom as well. I've seen it twice and another wouldn't hurt, with John as Phanotom would be pretty cool. But Ripper seems like a good new role. We'll see how it goes. Looks good.

I've alway thought he'd do well in a sinister role - like I know I've mentioned that I'd like to see him as the Phantom a few times here. That or the Ripper would be a new kind of role for him because I can't ever remember him in portentous part.

Maybe John will come back around soon and tell us what this is all about.
