Hi, I'm back from duesseldorf...
First of all: John was there. but he wasn't feeling very well. He told me he was still sick so we couldn't chat before he went in. if you have not sen him before as tugger you couldn't tell the difference, but he wasn't on his height.
I hope he feels better soon!!!
Love,Dani

Yeah, I feel a bit worried now and then about that.. Hope it's nothing bad! He's changed a lot in the last five years and looks so 'used'.. Kind of scares me.

Oh! you haven't seen him that day! he WAS ill. and john never lies to me... he doesn't have to pretend at stage doors being sick- that's not john...if he doesn't want to be asked anything he simply ignores you!
most of the time it's his knee... but he's sometimes sick like everybody else...
but you're right. he has indeed changed a lot over the past few years... but I would say that started during the last months of cats in london... he was so thin that time! scary!
he looks a lot better now...
Cheers, dani

i've seen john blow off fans at the stage door not so much by ignoring, but by telling them he was either busy doing something else or that he was in a hurry when he was just trying to escape. i wasn't saying he was lying to you - he wouldn't lie to a close friend. i hope you don't think i meant that - i'm sure he was sick. i'm just saying in general that if he didn't want anyone to know his business about what he's doing he could just say he's sick. his appearance began to really slide near the start of taboo - thinner and more feminine. before that he looked well and not so feminine, more like a typical guy in london. personally i don't care for his new feminine demeanor. i liked it better when he was an average bloke.
