anyone got any idea wot year John was in Grease? ...and who his Danny/Sandy were?

I have a Grease programme from the Dominion that has John listed as playing someone named 'Pete'...now I've heard that he has also played Roger, but in this programme Roger is played by Drew Jaymson. Sandy was played by someone just called 'Sonia' and Danny was played by Craig McLauchlan (Glenn Carter was understudy). Also, Phyllida Crowley Smith (Victoria-video) played the character 'Toni' in this production and Jo Bingham (I think she was Ectetera ?? in the video) played Frenchy. Plus Joanne Farrell, who was in BGWE w. John, played Marty. Shane Richie was Kenickie.

As for a year, I don't know what year this was, but I can help you narrow it down by letting you know that it was before the current dialing code 0207 was established because the phone numbers in the programme all start w. 071 instead, The Copacabana was playing at the Prince of Wales Theatre, and John had already done Stex + the 1992 RVP.

LOL this is interesting what I just read - John appeared in pantomime as the Genie in Aladdin at the Camberly Civic Centre.
