I agree that money buys a lot of freedoms. But with that said, it isn't just money because what Vick did happens here in Wise Co. every week.

It happens everywhere. Not trying to defend it, but it happens. A reality. How many girls who are 16-17 have a boyfriend who is 18+ and are partying and other things? Same deal.

Hmmm... a lot of guys 18-20 date girls who are legally classified as minors. 16-24, the age doesn't matter to the kids who are dating, just to the law of the land. Until we say, O.K., you can't date someone under the age of 18 unless you are under the age of 18 yourself, you're going to have similar situations all the time, all over the country.
Sure, what he did was ill-advised to the point of being stupid (especially since he is in the limelight because of his famous brother), but what he did was typical of many young men and women today. Not condoning it, just saying I was in the same type situation many times in my college days, so I understand fully.
As far as the MJ goes, well, that can't be defended. Kids do stupid things. Heck, adults do stupid things. Give the young man and his family credit for trying to better themselves instead of being one of those "Holier than thou" folks!
