I've been to games when GC was in the district and well before. All i see is a bunch of folks who support their program.
Yes they set all over the stadium. But in reality where are they going to sit.
Be practical. When you bring 5,000 to most games you have to have seats. And when the visiting team don't bring 500. Even i'd be looking for a seat.
We can all say what we want. But since GC come to the LPD it's pretty much been them against who ever can compete.
I know that pisses some off here. And i have friends from GC. One thing i tell them. Good luck except for one game. And they know i mean it. I tell many that.
No one likes to lose. But with this being GC's last year in the district and 2 games left. Why not say it. They were a dominate team. And this year their down. No use trying to act like it's less than that. No one likes to lose. If you do don't play the game.
Cause you don't forgot what it's all about. It's not about losing, it's about playing the game with heart and determination.
I have heard trash talk from many a player and fan from all over the LPD and the state. That is a part of the game. Sometimes a sad one. But one part.

If you can get me 5000 people from that game last night, Ill pay for new seating, its BS. Period. I have been to game after game at GC (Since the 80's) and its the same way.
Sitting on the same dies isnt the problem, its the actions.

What ever. Their fans. Don't think their not gonna yell. And cheer for their home team?

GC against who can compete? PV holds a two game advantage on GC since they returned. If your talking about other sports I agree, but in football I really think PV and GC have been even.

No, the facts are from numerous people, over the years. They are just very disrespectful, telling people from other schools to sit down and not cheer when someone makes a big play, when they are in fact on the wrong side of the field, I have been to a few games at letcher central our beloved perfection of consolidation, they only have one side of seating and there hasnt been a single problem there in the 4 odd games I have seen. Look, like it or not, its what it is, those who sit there in the majority are disrespectuful to others, people going behind the bench and saying things to players, dont try and say it doesnt happen, I watched it with my own two eyes.

Again their fans. We have our own in WC who do the same.

Sorry i've seen that and much worse and yeah with my own two eyes.
How long ago was it that Coach Salyers was attacked by an irate Indian fan. A team he coaches?

It may be a factor in some games.
But honestly till a team brings the house to a game. Don't look for it to change.

If i was GC i'd fill as many seats as i could with my fans.

Your surprised over some who have probably set in the same seats for years. Go anywhere you will find the same thing.

If anything write the Scott Co. School board requesting a bigger stadium.

Letcher is so mixed up they just don't care. I work with a bunch from KY.
