I heard today that John Battle has made efforts to get two foreign exchange students for next year. They are from Russia. One kid plays football and basketball and the other plays basketball. Don't know what kind of talent they have...but I guarantee we'll be competing next year for a title. Along with my upcoming freshman nephew we should be solid. I actually caught wind of that rumor myself. Thats music to my ears because I want everybody to get of the springs' back for once. See guys we aint the only ones to get exchange students, not our fault if they can play some ball!

I'd take a foreign exchange student over any player in the LPD right now or that has ever played. No Southwest VA athlete can compete....Gate City and the rest of the region should know that. I didn't know they played football in Southwest VA....you'll see how football is supposed to be played this fall.
