It was in the girls best interest for thier futures to transfer. That's for sure. Look at how much attention they got after the transfer, it definitely helped them out for college.
I think HS players should play for the school they are supposed to go to...at that level I think transferring is silly. But, that being said, kids who transfer to another school probably do so for a number of reasons..numbers 1 and 2 IMO would be the success of the program and the coach. Just my thoughts.

From what I've heard, there is bad feelings all over about this one. Maybe thats why the other girls are thinking of transferring. When you have new players come in, it sometimes messes up the scope of things. You have younger players get discouraged and sometimes quit, because they thought their turn was coming, only to sit the bench another year or get cut out altogether. This was similar to what has happened at Twin Springs in basketball this year.Its kind of a sad thing to happen. Then when these players (transfers graduate) you have a very weak team for years to come, add that with having all new coaching, things dont look so good for G.C.

I guess just follow the team that is winning at the time..It is their choice.
I think that is true. Someone said the tiwns from Coeburn got a lot of attention since they transferred, but like someone eles said Coeburn would have been really good with them. They would have had 2 pithers instead of just one.
