And what you just said was my point, also. He was out doing some heavy-duty partying and that does not look good to the bosses when you just got suspended. The point I was making was that even though he was not legally drunk, he was still pounding pretty good for a man his size to blow a .072%. He wasn't guilty of being drunk. He was guilty of having sh** for brains.
He was given a chance to right his wrongs. When that is the case, you don't put yourself in situations where guilt can be assumed.
Should he have been charged? Apparently not. Should a person who has been given a chance to right their ship been out at 3 am, having drank some at least, and speeding? Common sense tells you no.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
