you can actually buy some good whey protein (the absolute best and only kind you should consume, at least I think that way).. walmart has some... try it out.. six star nutrition (walmart) makes some good things

    Re: Fitness/Workouts

Just an update for you all. I did my weigh in with the school nurse yesterday and the results made me very happy. From 8/1-10/16 I went from 256 lbs to 235 lbs. And the shocker is that I haven't been able to do my normal cardio routine for the last three weeks, due to my orthotics being resurfaced. I have not starved, I have lifted and done my pushup/dip routine on a daily basis and my clothes are really starting to fit good. I even reward myself with a few brews and some junk food on Saturdays for the games. For those of you who are trying to improve your lifestyle, it can be done and keep on plugging. Re: Fitness/Workouts

McMaster University found that drinking skim milk after weightlifting out performs both soy and carbohydrate beverages (similar to sports drinks) in regards to muscle gain and fat loss.
So drink up that milk fella's

Anyway, for all you weight lifting buffs, the key to getting huge and ripped, is overall core strength. So, get going on those core exercises.. it works miracles.
