    (The legs were from bulking/cutting)

    I lost 100lbs over 2 years and went from 30(some)% body fat, to 9%. I have to get a job now...so my routine changes and I have to give up all the buff and stuff, I plan to keep a routine going though and a steady deit to cut some weight and maintain a slender body. (cardio/pushups/abs/pullups in the morning 5 days a week and 1,600-1,800 calories a day).

    I give STEER alot of credit for the sucsess I had though, so thanks V or D.

    you did it all on your own. Glad I could help out. Big props to you. I'll hit ya up on AIM soon, we've got new techniques to go over, since your routine will be jacked up and such.. I'll keep ya going..
    Recenlty, Peanut Butter and Jelly has become a fat burners/dieters best friend, I'll explain why.

    I like PB&J, but its really high cal, i like to get tons of low cal food and just munch on it ...haha

    im sure if you put them together useing the right porportions you could get one for like 400 calories, and it'd be like 4g of fiber and some major protein. and all that good penut butter fat

    it's simple, you could have a pb & j sandwich every day for lunch and lose weight.
    Just buy the more nutritious versions of PB & J. Use more PB, and less J.
    for lunch have a PB & J sandwich, a piece of fruit, and a handful of almonds. Perfectly healthy lunch, and tasty!

    Yeah all my PB is Omega 3 enriched and stuff, and you can buy like sugar free jelly,

    how come the 'before' pics are dated 4 years after the 'after' pics?
