p90x is good... and taking protein is the key to weight loss....
people don't realize it, but you've gotta eat to lose.
i take gold standard whey throughout my day and once before and after my workouts, i take casein at night with ZMA for muscle recovery. I ended up losing 39 pounds with my supplement stack and P90x. I was pretty proud of myself. ive slowed down now but still run and do light workouts to keep in shape. feels good to be semi-back. stick with the P90x and eat right and it will surprise you.
Cant we all just get along?

Slacked off for a month or three, pregnant girlfriend can do that to ya lol but, I've dropped 6 pants sizes myself, almost comfy in the next size down, all in all since last June, I've dropped 87 pounds
"i asked a toothless man, who all these people were and, he said the soapmakers...and we are workin workin"
I can't stand people who do weights non-stop and think they're amazing. Sure you're strong and huge, but you have NO flexibility.
Plus, 98% of the people in Wise County are on the juice. All these "buff" people say "I'm not on it"... Sure, they may not be now, but are 1 point they were. Ah, I'm just ranting today.
I'm at about 185 right now, look good but feeling my age. I can't seem to get rid of a few nagging injuries. Can't wait to start p90x again this winter though. For me its the best time to do it, and the yoga is definitely needed at this point. Whenever I get it back from this chick I let borrow it, I'm gonna start to incorporate a yoga, x-stretch, and maybe plyo(if I can get over this strained hip flexor and bum ankle).
A few weeks off may be needed as well. Now that I'm 28 I just gotta start working smarter and not harder.
I've lost 16 lbs. Im in the best shape of my life, and I've done it through p90x along with weighlifting, but most importantly through dieting. I stick mainly to turkey and grilled chicken, occassionally I eat salads, and the rest of the time fruits.

I eat no fruits or vegetables.
I eat rice, meats and water.
I dont drink soda. (unless I have a headache or a jack and coke)
I dont eat sweets. (now and again Ill eat choc chip cookies) But no candy, cakes, ice cream etc.
I only eat bread before 6pm (usually on for turkey sandwiches)
I eat every two hours.
I have protein shake for breakfast, usually 3 a day.
I work out 5 days a week (6 most days, but the 6th is usually a higher cardio day)
Im at 196 right now, I am a lil heavier and out of shape, I just returned from 6 weeks off of nothing, no running, lifting etc. So I am a lil heavier and now how I normally look.
I try and run/ (bike now some) 2 miles every other day with one day a week 6 miles.
Ill be 31 next month.
I try and drink a gallon of water a day.
I dont eat any fastfood, well, fried fast food. Im addicted to Arbys.
The worst thing I eat is pasta, cause its so good. But with the amount of working out I do plus just stress daily it all sorta equals out.
I do love to drink beer, so Ill never be "ripped" and not big 3 beer, the good stuff.
I take supplements as well, usually 6 weeks at a time then 4 weeks off.
Nothing but the process is infinite
Eternal, endless, indefinite
It's not the beer... you'll never get fat or outta shape from drinking beer, it's the food you consume when you're drinking... more beer, allows you to eat more.. so, when you're drinking, just make sure you're around grilled foods and you're good or seafood
