I think I know who you are talking about.
I am probably in the minority, but I also enjoy watching the JV teams. You get a chance to see some talent develop over the course of a few years.
I guess some people don't like it because it doesn't have the intensity of the varsity games. But, I enjoy it for the same reason.
Crowds are much smaller at JV games, and you have less of the rowdy fans who feel the need to show their butts, or the 20 or so assistants on varsity teams, running up and down the sidelines, slinging towels and having spasms every time their team gets a 3-yard run.

...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
I agree - I enjoy the JV games. It's nice to see the kids improve - to see a kid make a reception that he probably wouldn't have made earlier in the season, to see a kid run a little harder or read a play more quickly - those are the spectator's best rewards for following a JV team.
WHO CARES!!!!!!!
Sanders became the third player in NFL history to rush for more than 2,000 yards in a season
I think JV is about Malcom Pinkston scoreing 38 points by way of air and ground and getting the ball every single time the ball was snaped.
Fundamentals are just lame.
haha, that was a beat down, he wore a GC corner as a novelty belt buckle on the way to the endzone.

the main purpose of J.V. is as stated before to develop players teach them how to block and tackle and introduce them to the varsity O and D schemes I think it does NO good to a team that uses older players against another teams 8-9 graders the older kind learn nothing and it actually helps the teams who play 8-9 graders it puts them up against tougher talent
