    Hawai'i

Let's all chuckle next week when Washington's Huskies come to the island and spoil this "Warrior frenzy" by dropping the Rainblow Warriors like a used rubber. If by some chance they do not, I don't look for the BCS game to work out too well fer 'em (could be wrong though, ala Boise St-Oklahoma). The sign last night that got to me was the one about giving Hawai'i the same respect that you give Kansas with their "weak schedule". Granted the Jayhawks aren't playing in the SEC, but their conference is a helluva lot tougher than the WAC.

    Re: Hawai'i

I don't think Hawaii is all that great either, but if they can beat the Huskies it would be a shame to be shut out with an undefeated season. With all the top teams that have lost to unranked teams the Warriors would deserve a BCS game.

freakin' warriors.....cost me a lot of money last night lol.

i will give hawaii credit in the fact that everything they do is agressive and attacking on both sides of the ball. some team real soon is going to take advantage of that, though.

brennan throws a nice ball from 15 yards in. accurate and usually comes out quickly. i'll give him that.

    Re: Hawai'i

Actually, I hope they destroy the Huskies and anyone that they might face in the BCS. The BCS being what it is, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Warriors sitting at home watching like everyone else. Until the BCS comes up with a foolproof playoff system like the pros have, I will treat any "National Champion" with the same respect that I do the "(ESPN)Hypeman Trophy Winner". Just about any division 1 conference has a claim at being the best, as its a matter of opinion for most folks. Let the Conference champs face off against each other in a tournament bracket until two teams actually EARN their way to the championship game.

    Re: Hawai'i

I would like to see at least a 16 team playoff. Conference champs, wildcards, etc. because as teams change over the season with injuries and all a team that has lost a game or 2 could be the best.

That is exactly why Hawai'i will be in trouble when they face stiffer competition. The Warrior defense will be embarrassed when they encounter a team with better caliber athletes than the WAC clubs.

    Re: Hawai'i

I just saw on game day, and it's pretty amazing, Hawaii has only beaten 2 teams this year with a winning record.
