Rampage/Thiago Silva is off, Rampage will fight Matt Hammil at UFC 130.

Apparently Thiago popped dirty after his fight with Vera.

I didnt see it live but wtached the Fickett fight and the main event fight later.

Tonight is UFC 127 Penn v. Fitch, with Bisping v. Rivera, Lytle v. Ebersol (replacement for injured Condit), and George Sotiropolis v. Denis Siver.

Also tonight is the BAMMA (British Association of MMA) card, with Paul Daley (who missed weight AGAIN, five times in eleven fights now) fighting DEEP champ Yuya Shirai and former UFC champ Ricco Rodriguez takes on TUF reject James McSweeney.

Daley KO'd Shirai and Ricco beat McSweeney by UD in the BAMMA event.

Ebersole beat Lytle by UD, Noke beat Cammorrazi by submission, Siver beat G-Sot by UD in a HUGE HUGE HUGE upset, Bisping beat Rivera by TKO, and Fitch/Penn was an f'n majority draw

Lewis' eye was jacked. Looked like they clashed heads.

Knew Daley would win. He gets Diaz next. Possibly for Strikeforce WW belt.

UFC 127 was a meh card. Ebersole impressed, as did Siver.

Re: Boxing/MMA Fights - local, national, world

Siver will never be a top LW. His ground game is extremely weak. G-Sot got midly exposed, his takedowns were horrendous. A guy like Maynard would destroy Siver. I hear Guillard/Siver mentioned a lot now, but people forget that Melvin already KOd him in 30 seconds.

Daley will kill Nick if Diaz doesnt take Daley down. Nick's striking defense is terrible, he drops his hands and has no head movement. If Daley lands that hook, its lights out. Diaz has a great chin and good recovery, but Daley is the hardest hitter he's ever fought. If he tries to get cute and lower those hands, BOOM.
