    Joe:

If you get a chance to talk with him, please mention to your idiot-in-residence Michael Spitsbing it’ll be a little tougher to knee ME in the head when I’m charging at him like a runaway train and mincing him through the fence like a boiled potato, should we ever have the pleasure of each other’s company for a few (VERY few) moments in the Octagon.

Oh; and I’d suggest to him being a little careful about spitting on any of MY cornermen, since any one of them can beat him up as badly as I can. Thanks ever so much.
    Hope all is well.

knowing diazs' arrogant ass he will stand and bang with him....diaz will out work him on cardio
Gomi is a nautral LW who KOd other LWs. He has great power no doubt, with 12 wins by TKO/KO. But Daley has 20 wins by TKO/KO over WW/MWs. Lawler has good power, but I still believe Daley has more one shot KO power. Daley's hooks are murder. He was also a Muay Thai champ and has better striking technique than Gomi or Lawler, making them that much more dangerous.

I dont think its too far fetched to say Daley KOs Diaz. Nick has never fought a guy with the power and striking technique of Daley. Lawler is a brawler with power, Gomi has good power but not great technique. Daley has both. Diaz drops his hands often and tries to showboat and intimidate. But if he does that with Daley, it can be turn out the lights, the party's over.

and Sonnen's email is hilarious, I hope they make that fight. Sonnen will annihilate Bisping, and it will be awesome.

Pretty tough decision tonight. Sanchez got the win but its a **** close fight. His face was pretty jacked up as well.

Wow Sanchez takes the award for most jacked up face ever. Mir's looked bad after the Lesnar fight but I think Sanchez took it. Cant believe he got the decision.

Mauricio Rua (c) vs. Jon Jones Really Excited about this fight.

Also Looking forward to seeing how hornbuckle does in the Bellator fights

HAHA that s awesome. Im a Sonnen fan to.

Re: Boxing/MMA Fights - local, national, world

hornbuckle has been beaten twice by inferior guys now, I thought he was better than Askren and now the KY guy beats him.

Lyman Good is for real tho, and adding a name like Heiron is aweseome, even tho that stoppage was terrible and the guy wasnt out. Heiron will beat everyone, and may beat Lombard

Re: Boxing/MMA Fights - local, national, world

He was supposed to be one of the fresh young phenoms a while ago but he has turned out to be a mild bust. He was in the class of Mousasi, Jon Jones, Ben Askren, Joe Warren, etc.. The rest of those guys have became legit top fighters but I dont see Hornbuckle competing with the likes of Diaz, Daley, Fitch, Alves, etc.. much less GSP.

When Askren beat him, it was a big upset. But the latest fight is a HUGE upset. He was supposed to be one of the bigger up and comers at WW but he isnt an elite fighter.

Im not totally sold on Lombard at MW either, but he is much more legit than Dan IMO. Lombard, Good, and now Heiron are by far the best Bellator has to offer. I would love to see Lombard in the UFC, his hands are EXPLOSIVE and has big time KO power. I dont see him beating Anderson or a guy like Sonnen, but he destroys Bisping, Belcher, Munoz, etc..

Askren is one of the top 5 wrestlers in MMA. bellator did a very good rating on MTV2. Very good mma org.
