I believe Tennessee is ahead of the Colts in both overall D and run stopping D! As for the line well you can believe what you want friend but If you ever watched a Tennessee game or ever read any NFL news Tennessee has the better O-line everyone says it!

Re: NFL
Why are the Titans being mentioned so much in this thread?
They are the third best team in their division, if that.....

The Bengals team had a good O, but not a great D IMO that the Niners barely beat. Stepnoski, Newton, Williams, Gogan and Tuinea (sp) would have road grated hwys for Emmitt against the Niners. They relied on LBs and Charles Haley to make plays up front and Lott to save them deep. Heck Woods and Brooks ran the ball decent if I remember correctly that Super Bowl, and they weren't have the back Emmitt was, nor did they have as good of a line.
Both had HoF QBs. Dallas had the better backfield. Both had great receivers, both wide and at TE. Dallas's D and special teams were better IMO.

Re: NFL
I would have to agree with you there stripes..
I am a bit biased though...
But I think those early 90s Dallas teams are definitely among the best ever...
QB, RB, WR are all in the HOF...That doesn't happen often..

Re: NFL
haley played outside linebacker...the DL was holt, carter and fagan...other lbs were millen, walter and turner..romanowski saw quite a bit of action as well....#1 offense and #3 defense in the league....3rd against the rush...I saw all the cowboy teams you keep bringin up...and i'm sorry but they aren't close to those niners teams.

Since I can't stand either, I'd prefer not to. But since you brought it up I'll take a stab at it. I have nothing to say about today's niners. But today's cowboys = tony romo. You can't go anywhere in the playoffs if the QB's head isn't in the game. I'd love to know what he was thinking about when he botched the hold on that field goal. LMFAO!!!
