So, a VT fan is making fun of a Miami team that beat VT this year for losing to a Cal team who beat VT in the same bowl a few years ago? Just making sure I got all the details right. At least Miami didn't give up over 50 to them.

Man, they seriously mis-managed the last minute of the game.....about as bad I've seen.
Havent seen Miami play much this year. Enjoyed watching them beat VT. The last drive made me crazy and Im not a Cane. Letting the clock tick away and then taking your timeout after an incomplete pass? Geez. Good game though.
Best is very good. He's scary fast.

The only surprise I saw was that Cal didn't beat them by more. Out of 71 people on my bowl contest, about 3 took Miami.

i saw some real headscratching moment with butch davis roaming the sidelines but tonights use of TOs by shannon and co was worse than the time davis used a TO after the opening KO

Other than QB there's more talent on this years Cal team that that one and it's not even close. Nobody said that they were using the same team, even thought I think they said they had 1 six year senior, so at least one was on that team. So, I guess that wouldn't really be a violation would it? That was Tedford's first year in Cal and the talent level there has increased 10 fold since then. So if Miami can take solace in anything, it's that they lost to a better team and didn't give up over 50 to a worse group from the same school.
