you must not have stayed to see Melrose play with Adonis Thomas...

Thomas is a Jr. and is the 6th rated Jr in the nation by Scout.com and most others have him 3rd or 4th behind Michael Gilchrist and Marquis Teague...both of which are about as sure-fire one-and-done types as there has ever been

Thomas is 6'7 and can defend the 2, and play with his back to the bucket

that Melrose team also has 3 other highly rated underclassmen in Bobby Parks, Telvin Wilkerson, Chris Jones (all Jrs) and Soph. Devonte Hampton

their center, Nate Rucker, has also signed with Nothern Illinois

Thomas is easily better than Golden but Jones and Hampton are on the same level

Thomas is gonna be a star, I dont follow CBB recuruiting as closely, but the only guys ranked ahead of Thomas are players like Marquis Teague (jeff teague's lil bro, a surefire monster, UK's in the lead IMO,and he will be a great player)

VT recruited Tim Hardaway Jr. pretty hard when I worked there last year...they stopped recruiting him when they landed Tyrone Garland out of Philly

but Hardaway can definitely play, he is closer to 6'3 than the 6'5 listed but you can tell he has been around the game his entire life...he has an underclassman teammate, Justin Hunt, who is pretty good as well and some ACC schools are after him, including VT

a lot of people made a lot out of Anthony Mason's son yesterday for New Rochelle, but I'm more looking forward to seeing Antonio Davis' son who is playing at Greater Atlanta Christian...AJ Davis...a 6'6 freshman guard

Did anybody else notice how one sided the officiating was towards the local teams? It was pretty rediculous.
