Hell, even Wade Phillips finds marginal success wherever he goes. I'm not talkind about coaches like him **** Jauron, Eric Mangini, Chan Gailey (all coaches who have been rehired). Those are midlevel run of the mill average coaches, but they win. Rehires in the NFL happen for a reason. Your stat up there MIGHT hold up with coaches of this caliber.
But I'm talking about elite coaches, as is Suprbeast. They win no matter where they go. You are just completely off the map wrong about them. They bring in their own culture, style, and attitude. They have the know how to do it. In the end they get it done.
Wade also inherited a team built by Parcells, not a luxury JJ had. Johnson went 1-15 in his first year in Dallas. He completely rebuilt them, and he rebuilt them to the tune of THREE SUPER BOWL victories.
Wade has added nothing to Dallas but three more fat rolls to himself. I hate him.
at least you two agree on something; wade phillips is a horrible HC
he is a great DC tho, gotta admit that
Actually, when it comes to football, me n Duck agree 95% of the time. But when ya agree, what's the point in debating an issue? As far as Wade goes he's a decent DC, but that's as high as he goes...he sucks as a HC..and that's the job JJ hired him 4. Had Parcells stayed in Dallas, the Boys would have another SB ring by now and more than likely a QB not named Romo.
...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
Romo is a great QB, i dunno how you can say he isnt.
He had struggled in the post season before, but didnt Peyton Manning do the same thing earlier in his career?
Romo is the Boys QB, and will be for some time, as he should.
Who would say is better than Romo, that Dallas has a realistic shot at getting? no one.
The Dallas O-Line is terrible, and the pass defense could improve. The QB play is not an issue, and Dallas would be foolish to try and replace Romo instead of addressing other needs
