the Andy/Vitor staredown was intense lol

and oddly enough, this is the best card since AS' last fight, the 117 card.

Should be some great fights, I hope Belfort beats Silva but I dont see it. Griffin is one of my favorite fighters and Jon Jones is always fun to watch. I saw a thread on Sherdog the other day that Jones had said somewhere he was going to go to HW at some point in his career...what do you all think about this? Ive heard he walks around at about 230, but they were debating on whether he could pack on size like Overeem did

    Re: No UFC 126 talk

Jones and his camp(s) have always said he will end up fighting at HW.
He cuts quite a bit, I think its from 230-240 like you said*, and once he gets older and fills out the cut will be impossible.

*but he is FAR from the only 205 guy that cuts from that high. Forrest cuts like that, Bader does, Rampage, King Mo, even Machida cuts about 20-25 pounds.

Very few big time LHWs dont cut a lot of weight, guys like Shogun, Rashad (who could fight at MW IMO), Mousasi, Rich Franklin, are part of the few that dont cut major weight.

Jones/Bader wont be that big of a discrepancy, maybe 10 pounds if that on fight night.
The biggest weight difference on the card will most likely b Franklin/Griffin, Rich will be outweighed by 30 pounds on fight night I estimate.

Jon Jones!! I been tellin yall this kids for real, and he just RAN THRU Ryan Bader.

    Jones v. Shogun, **** I CANT WAIT

I dunno, it might be too early for Jones, he only has 13 fights and now he has to deal with maybe the most brutal guy in MMA.
