so region d or used to be region d for sure will play playoff games starting on the 11th-12th weekend 1 week after the regular season games end, is this correct? i was needing to know in advance b/c i was inviting my mother down to watch and did not want toget the wrong date!

That's right. Playoffs start 11th-12th weekend.

I believe too that it depends on travel as well. D2 some teams my have to travel 3 plus hours.

Grundy hosted Tunstall from out near Lynchburg last year, and they played on Friday.
