    Union/Fort Chiswell

Union loses by 1, 47-46 IIRC.

Union had a four point lead with 30 seconds left but got beat.

Disappointing ending but it was a far cry from the blowout many had predicted.

Give Union's sports programs a little time and they will be just fine. Remember, this is the first year of existence for this school.

    Re: Union/Fort Chiswell

To make it as far as they did being a first year school or not is amazing. I have to say that Central and Union both are going to be fine schools for sports. IMO the consolidation helped the sports for the LPD. Im proud of the bears and the warriors too for how they have come together and played this year in all sports.
