st. mary's hospital

is no more. after 50 years, it's now called mountain view regional medical center. does anyone know if the sisters are still going to be associated with the hospital?

That's kind of sad to hear.
It was one of the sisters that delivered me when my Dr. didn't make it there on time.

It is sad that St. Mary's is no more to be known around here. I have worked at St. Mary's for over 10 years in housekeeping. It will always be St. Mary's to me. HMA, the new owners, will carry on the tradition of quality, compassionate care that St. MARY'S is known for. I will sure miss seeing the sisters at the hospital. They will probably go to their nursing home/retirement center in High Point, NC to work. Just some information from soneone who works at St. MARY'S.
