    and man, you can't forget proper diet...
    would be kind of pointless to eat like a cow and then go exercise and try to lose it, unless you run for a dang long time..

    my cardio consists of running through town for around 30 minutes or more, and when it gets warmer weather, bout an hour or more

    it is according to how much u need to loose and how fast. i know u can put on garbage bags and go for a run and loose weight really fast. but it is not really healthy.
