I've only been to San Diego, Santa Monica/LA, and close surrounding areas. I want to visit much more of it though.
I looooove the sun! My mom doesn't like it when it's hot at the beach...I'm the opposite. I want it blazin'. haha. I don't burn, I'm sure I have sun damage....but I'm so comfortable being outside like that for hours. haha. I always had major sunscreen on my face though and most of the time wore a hat. But my routine was wake up, walk to beach, lay/play for hours, work at 3:00. Every day. Even the summer I was taking an online Econ course. Wake up, debate about doing work for the class, walk to beach!
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

Mudslides, earthquakes, El Nino....I'm glad Virginia is spared from all that.

I like Myrtle myself. Definitely plenty of golf options for me. I also like to do some saltwater fishing. Also, I am so familiar with good seafood restuarants as well. Familliarity can make for a more relaxing vacation. Less fights between me and the misses as to which direction we are going!

I've been to HIlton Head Island a couple times, it's probably my favorite...but any beach is fine...
Also went on a cruise, and that was awesome...I recommend it to anyone...
My favorite overseas vacation: Italy
Most hated overseas vacation: England (argh!!)
Disney World is great - I highly recommend staying on-site though. It can be a great grown-up getaway.
Unchained and I plan to do a bit of traveling when the opportunities arise - visit family, etc.
You'll shoot your eye out.

I liked the beach before I had Kids we went there 3 years ago and I could not get the picture of a riptide or something taking them away in any case there was no way I was going to be doing any relaxing while actualy at the beach. My plan is to go to DC this summerand most likly do the Disney thing next year or mabey the year after....I will do the beach again when the kids are a little older
Disney World is so fun!......in the off-season. When I was in third grade we went I think early March, when we had that huge snow here. It was just starting to snow as we left Va. We got down there it was perfect weather and not a overwhelming crowd either. We went back a couple of years later in the summer and it was hot and the crowds were insane. My poor parents. haha.
I must go to Italy. Italy, Greece, OZ, and NZ are my major list.
