    Re: Last movie you watched

I know the critics were saying that the movie was boring and that this was Tom Hanks worst role yet but I disagree.. you have to pay really close attention though or you'll miss out on what's going on! I loved it... great great movie and I think Ron Howard did a great job with this one, sometimes it's hard to translate a book into a movie but I was pleasantly surprised. ... 9.9/10

I thought The Notebook was a much better movie than book. I just happened to pick it up for a beach read a couple of years ago and couldn't believe I finished it. There's 300 pages worth of my time I'll never get back. Very disappointed in myself.
Serious sport has nothing to do with fair play. It is bound up with hatred, jealousy, boastfulness, disregard of all rules and sadistic pleasure in witnessing violence. In other words, it is war minus the shooting.

Just watched Silent Hill last weekend. Pretty good movie overall but I didn't like the ending.

I watched the DaVinci Code today . Putting aside all the controversy and just watching for entertainment , I thought it was a decent movie . Hanks seemed a bit wooden at times but the plot flowed at a good pace w/ a couple of twists thrown in for good measure .

We went to the Drive In and saw Ice-Age 2. It was cute & entertaining.
However, there were several very adult references. Questionable.
    You'll shoot your eye out.

That prehistoric spastic squirrel with his acorn obsession stole the show . Sid the sloth was also hilarious .
