Ugh.. I'm getting sick of seeing this crap in the news all the time. First McDonalds, now KFC. What next?

well here is a history lesson for some of the newbies. back 10 years ago america was scared that kids were getting too skinny (starving thereselves, bulemic, etc (sp?)) now america is the fattest country in the world and we got ppl eatin fast food 3 times a day, getting 0 exercise and they wonder why heart disease is the number one killer in america.

I think that is what some of this is more or less about. To bring attention. We have become our own worst nightmare with fastfoods.
Personally i do myself. Find on a long day easier to grab something and go with a hectic schedule. Not good but efficient with not having to stop for awhile.
This i think is to bring attention to fast foods, and the problem, with fats that are not known.
I think the trend is becoming if it's fast food, at least try to cut out some of the fat, to fit the society?

Some fast food restaurants are more health-conscious than they used to be. Not as healthy as real food, but better still. Wendy's and McDonald's have salads that aren't too bad for ya, and Arby's food is comparatively clean too. I eat this pretty much whenever I want.

That's about it though. Burger King, KFC, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, etc. They'll get ya. Understand what you are doing when you eat at these places. Read the nutrition facts one time if you need a good scare. If you know much about nutrition and care even a little about your diet, you'll reconsider eating there.
