Nah, honestly I dont know who does that, whomever does it (if someone does) try to make them where they at least won't be too offensive.
That is, don't create most hated poster...I dont need any esteem problems.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
I thought Tob used to set most of them up. If so, maybe the legacy needs to be pasted to someone else or something.

If just in the idea of what Ole Tob did with it.
He just come up with a list of themes and told people to nominate who they wanted.
He give them a week and then he set up a poll, based on the number of nominees.
Those on the forum did the votes and then when it ended Ole Tob would make a post on the winners. You can always search the archives to find out how Ole Tob set it up. But usually a list of categories and nominees let it go for a week. Then a vote from those on the forum. Let it go for a week. Close it and then announce the winners. It takes some time. But you may find it rewarding. Keeping something going that Ole Tob help to start.
