    Re: Snow

Temp dropped from 40* at midnight to 32* at 6. Now down to 26* in Norton. Wind was howling and the snow was blowing. Hawthorne Dr. is snow covered but not slick. Can't say the same for the WM parking lot. Slicker than snot on a glass doorknob.

    Re: Snow

I don't know about SD, but most of ND stays frozen from November until mid May. They're used to the cold and snow.

They also don't have anything like Sandy Ridge.

Heck, you go just 3 hours north into central WV. I've seen them have school with a foot of snow on the ground and temps in the single digits.

    Re: Snow

Nope, when did that happen? I came by there around 7:45 and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.

    Re: Snow

I came by just after 8:00 and it was there, Tony was ahead of me about 5-10 minutes and didn't see anything either. Looked as if they were coming from Norton towards Coeburn and just went through the median/ditch and kept going leaving dirt and their valence in the road.

    Re: Snow

Coeburn side of the cut in the median or Tacoma side?

4-lane towards Coeburn was quite snow covered and I thought it felt a little slick out around O'Quinns.

Coeburn side, almost directly in front of the old Moose Lodge now Diana's Cars.
