I think that they will end up firing this hard nosed Coach they have know because the boosters run the school and Coach Taylor comes back to Dillon, that is what I think will happen.

anyone still watching? I can't believe they are sending Coach to East Dillon next year. did you see that stadium? I think Rye Cove has a bigger stadium than what they showed East Dillon as once having.

I haven't missed an episode and can lay claim to getting about 5 others hooked on the show! I watched Season 3 when it aired months ago on DirecTv. It has been picked up for 2 more seasons.

It is, without a doubt, my favorite tv show ever. I think they should have one heck of a story line for season 4 with Coach Taylor going to East Dillon and pitting them against Dillon.

I think there will be some great storylines come out of this next season.... with the coach of Dillon being relocated to the "other" high school..... a high school that isnt considered much of anything. Could we be looking at a Hoosiers of football story developing in the next couple of years? i think the storylines that could come out of next season........developing a whole new program.........turning around the atmosphere and attitude of a school considered the lesser of the two.........could be make for some great tv.... and even some really great learning lessons for young people today....if the show is done correctly.

after reading the book Friday Night Lights there is another school in Odessa. you have the power house Periman and the poor side / latino side / less athletic side of town that has Odessa High. needless to say that East Dillon looks to be based on Odessa High. and they really did have very creative ways of drawing out who stayed at Odessa and who got to go to the new Perriman

You could see Buddy getting upset with the way things were going with the Panthers. I was wondering if his friendship with Coach was real because he let Buddy be in the loop and took his suggestions and made him feel still part of the team or because Buddy really thought of Eric as more than a coach but a real friend. His relationship with the family with the family proved more than his love for the Panthers (at least tonight, don't know what is to come) but when Buddy stands up and tells everyone it was he that told Eric about the mailbox and told everyone he was no longer a Panther that just proved what Eric means to Buddy. like I said, that is the way it looks now and those of you who have seen it on Direct TV can laugh if I'm totaly wrong. then again it is in Buddys blood to be a Panther and will probably fight tooth and nail to get the new coaching staff removed so he can bea a Panther again.

you know what, it is kind of intimidating to give a "what might happen" here when some of you already know and will be sure saying to yourself "just wait till he sees this happen or that happen", so if I'm totaly off base forgive me now and I'll eat crow later:flagwaver:
