    120hz tv's

ok, so this will sound crazy to some but I swear I don't like the picture of a 120hz tv. at first I thought it was just the one tv I was looking at. It was a Vizio and the movie that was playing looked "off". I don't know how to really explain it. the movements of the actors just looked very video game'ish. now i was looking at a sony and a samsung today (just looking, not buying) and they have the same thing happening. all were on bluray playing a bluray disc.
anyone else seen this and know what I mean?

now to put into context with what I've got. I have about a 5 year old 32 LCD 60hz andI have a 1 1/2 year old 42" plasma and don't see this in either of these tv's. I've only noticed it on the 120Hz tv over the last few years.

I know who you can ask......

You should see 240HZ TVs. Honestly though, somethings do not look right on a TV processing the image at 240HZ or 120HZ. Moreso at 240HZ.

I just bought a 55" Vizio with 120hz. It takes some getting used to, but I kind of like it.

I've gotta tell you that I LOVE my plasma tv. I tell people that and they look at me like I'm crazy. I hear all the time "no, I don't want a plasma" or "I was told never to get a plasma / stay away from plasma".

Plasma is still the best IMO. Not for all applications, but generally.
