Well, apparently they decided to go ahead with the ID. Also, my source appears to have possibly been correct. I thought his first name was Mark though. Here is the link:

So it wasn't Grindstaff, but what do ya wanna bet this Dr. is a good friend of his and they are together on the lake alot.

What difference does that make? It wasn't Grindstaffs boat. Grindstaff didn't have anything to do with it.

I was just saying that everyone kept saying it was Grindstaff and this probably came from them being associated with each other, not that he had anything to do with it still.

Ok. I think the Grindstaff deal was just a bad rumor due to his living at the lake also, and the fact that he does have a big speed boat.

I sort of figured it was rumor against Grindstaff. Like I said it was probably put on him just because of his assiociation with the doctor and I would imagine there are alot of jealous people around there that were hoping to at lest cause him some bad publicity even though it wasn't true.
