Not the Tony Hawk image you have, but I need to lose about 20-40 lbs to get back to my playing weight. Counts is a tank. He's all chest and shoulders. You don't want to tangle with that cat.

I was 245 at my heaviest. Dropped 45 in about 6 months after my stomach started acting up. Thankfully I've kept it all off for a year now.

I had a similiar problem. I weighed about 235-240. I tore the lining to my stomach straining at work. I almost bled to death. I went to the ER told them what was going on, the [censored] dr tells me I burst a blood vessel in my throat. I went home passed out in the yard and kept throwin up what seemed like gallons of blood. I called my mom and she took me to the ER and ended up in the ICU for a week. I lost almost 100 lbs. I got down to 145.

The only bad thing about it is that none of your clothes fit after that. I've got a shitload of pants that are just collecting dust because they fit me about as well as a burlap sack.
The good thing is that I'm able to wear the same clothes now that I wore in high school. I guess it's pretty bad that I am wearing clothes that are 10-15 years old though.
