D amn y'all. I had been pretty much against getting any of these because I just saw them as a fad overpriced I gotta have some because their the hot new thing out.
But after reading some of these posts and spending 8 hours standing on the boat deck fishing a tournament and my legs and feet letting me know it I most likely will get a pair like the all terrain ones Bob put a pic of for wearing on the boat.
I may end up getting a pair of those now also. I just got your basic pair to test and see how they feel.

If you're buying for spring/summer fishing, get the Islanders. They have the leather tops but the botoms are ventilated. The AT's are solid rubber.
If you have foot sweat issues, the AT's aren't for you.
The Islanders it is then, I was just going by the pic hadn't started looking at the different ones yet.
Tops & Bottoms has them all.
Yep, a ton of them. Also the sandals/flip-flops. Crikey, its CROC galore up there. (Steve Irwin impersonation needed).

Glad they're working out for you. I'm going on two weeks and all foot and leg pain that I would experience after work is gone.
Don't really care for the way they fit as I'm used to my shoes being a little snug, but these aren't athletic shoes.
I agree with the writer of that article.
I hate crocs. Maybe if I was a nurse or something I would wear them (however, the foot doc in that article was talking about the crocs' lack of support). I get way too many compliments on my cute shoes to start wearing those things. [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif[/img]
