That's basically the rule of thumb we go by (along w/being 18+ and in good standing as far as behavior). This dude has been on the board since March 2008, and only had 58 posts. I didn't remember much on him, so that's why I asked. If no one knows him personally and can vouch for him, I'm thinking 58 posts even with 1+ years as a member is too low for the OT board.

Maybe ask him to participate more on the normal boards and then once he hits about 500 and we all know his board persona better, allow him on the OT board.
