Dickenson County Man Charged With Child Pornography

DICKENSON COUNTY, Va. -- Dickenson County, Virginia investigators say one case led them to child pornography.
33-year-old Jacob Rogers Mullins is being charged with 10 counts of production of child pornography and 10 counts of possession.
He's from the Cutler Creek section of the county. Investigator John Hall says they found pictures on his computer and several DVD's with children 13 and older.
The computer is at a lab and more charges are pending.
Mullins is in jail without bond.

Most people from Pound know him because he used to be a water boy for the football team for both Pound and Clintwood. He's basically a mentally handicapped nuisance. I think he's pretty much harmless. It shocked me when I saw it. He's got the mind of a 12 year old kid.

How long ago was he doing waterboy stuff? I thought he looked a little familiar, but I didnt know if I had seen him before or just coincidence.
