Little bit of a broad topic...care to narrow that down?
What do you think?

Plenty of directions to go on this one - probably more questions than answers.
Did they exist? I believe they did.
Did some evolve? I believe they did.
What killed them off? Theories abound. Why did the majority die off, while there's evidence of some creatures alive today being decendants of them (crocs, birds, etc.)? Did evolution do away with the majority of them? Did exteme climate change do it? Did a major asteroid strike do it?
I like the theory of asteroid strike. It leaves open the possibility of a large number dying off while some could survive. It also gives a lead into the reason for climate change, rolling two theories into one.
And one last question. Why are we discussing dinosaurs on the religion forum
You'll shoot your eye out.

I was just joking lol

The scientific community did not even accept the fact of asteroid collisions until the early 70's. Even on the moon, they thought most of the crater-work was from vulcanism. The theory of an asteroid wiping out the dinosaurs is a fairly recent one. Two pieces of compelling evidence keep it alive. First, the Chicxulub impact crater. It is a crater discovered on the edge of the Yucatan peninsula by radar topography which was found to be 112 miles in diameter and caused by an object at least 6 miles across. Also, the K-T boundary. This is in short, a layer of earth, fairly visible in many places on earth, where many species' fossils simply disappear. It is recognized by a dark band of sediment, usually riddled with iridium. Most asteroids are iridium rich, which implies that an asteroid strike at this time in the planet's history distributed this thin layer of the element planetwide.

"Yes, there are two paths you can go by
But in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on."
